Jeff McNamara is the President of The WellBoss Company. Jeff is responsible for the vision, strategy, and overall direction of the company. Before coming to WellBoss, Jeff held a series of executive, operational, and sales roles, which included Vice President, North America for a Silicon Valley software startup company, North American Region Manager for Halliburton, and several technical sales roles spanning 12 countries. He holds a BSc. in Geology from the University of Alberta and an MBA.
Executive Vice President – Sales and Marketing
Colin Atkinson is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at The WellBoss Company. Prior to this role, Colin served as the President of Resource Well Completion Technologies Inc., where his roles ranged from Sales Manager to Vice President of Operations. He also worked as the Sales Manager for Logan Completion Systems and was one of the equity partners in Complete Oil Tools. Colin’s 30-year career has been heavily focused as a sales and business development specialist, building and leading driven and focused teams. He holds a B.A. from the University of Calgary.
Vice President – Research & Development
Marty Coronado joined The WellBoss Company in June 2019 as Vice President – Research and Development. Prior to joining WellBoss, he held senior-level leadership positions in engineering, research, and project management at Tam International, Hydrawell, and Baker Hughes, focusing on open-hole and cased-hole completions, intelligent well systems, well intervention, liner systems, and sand control. With over 38 years of technology development experience, he has been granted 74 U.S. patents and authored over 30 industry technical papers and publications. Marty studied mechanical engineering at the University of Washington, and is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Vice President – Production
Matt Pigott is the Vice President of Production at The WellBoss Company. Prior to joining WellBoss, he worked as an Operations Manager/Supervisor in various industries including automotive and manufacturing. Since joining The WellBoss Company in 2014, he has led the production team to increase output by 500%. Matt has played a pivotal role in transitioning the company from a start-up to a commercial operation. As an expert in Lean and Six Sigma, he has implemented both principles to ensure top-tier quality and efficient production of all WellBoss product lines, all while optimizing the supply chain through North America and MENA. Matt studied liberal arts at Lone Star College.
Human Resource Manager
Prior to joining WellBoss she worked as Human Resources Manager at our SBO sister company BICO Drilling Tools. Corissa’s more than 20-year career has been focused on people operations within the oil and gas, manufacturing and healthcare industries. She has partnered with domestic and international teams through acquisitions, joint ventures, new HRIS implementations, developing strategic compensation & benefit plans, employee development and engagement. Corissa is a graduate of the Bradford School of Business.
Director of Operations
Chris Fairhurst is the Director of Operations for The WellBoss Company. Prior to this role, Chris was the Vice President of Operations for Resource Well Completion Technologies Inc. After spending 2 years at the S.A.I.T Business Administration program, Chris started his career in the energy sector. Starting as a shop hand, Chris then spent over 8 years in the field before transitioning into Tech Sales, Operations and Management. Throughout his 17 years in the oil and gas industry, Chris has held multiple positions, all focusing in field deployment and technical expertise in open-hole liner systems, liner hangers, coil frac tools, and cased-hole stimulation and production tools.
Director of Technical Services
Prior to his role, Ryan was one of the five founding members of Resource Well Completion Technologies Inc. and held various roles such as Product Line Manager, International Sales Manager, and Vice President of Products and Services. He also worked as the Product Line Champion for Open Hole Tools and Liner Hangers for BJ Services/Innicor Subsurface Technologies. With over 15 years of experience, Ryan has held multiple discipline roles focusing heavily on tool design and technical support. He holds a diploma in Engineering Design and Drafting from Lethbridge Community College.
